You are looking for a NGS benchmark, A metal disk approx. 3" in diameter set into a concrete holder. NGS benchmarks were used to map out entire cities. Some have been known to be monumented all the way back to the 1600's This benchmark was monumented in 1934 somewhere in Hoisington Kansas... your job is to find it.
Try to find this without the spoiler info, print the page off and decode the clue only if you cannot find the Benchmark
