Located at Leech Lake Recreation Area you can park immediately upon entry to the park year round.
Our family loves to camp at this Recreation area and were surprised there were no caches at this spot. So we found it only fitting to make our first hide here!
The caches original contents were:
Logbook w/2 pencils, sharpener, 1 pen, can cozy, 2 my little pony happy meal toys, keychain clip, rubber duck, doll brush, cat happy meal toy, flashlight keychain, polly pocket, plastic jewel, eraser.
Also in the cache is FTF $1.00 and Travel Ingot GeoCoin that we picked up at Six Mile Lake!!
We have been coming to this park for over 10 years and Love it!! Take time to check out what this park has to offer. Go fishing, camp, picnic, walk the trails, walk across the Dam.
There is also a Geoetic Control marker here but could not find it on the geocache website. Marker is H45E at:
