This is a magnetic key holder hidden on an M60 Patton Tank.
My wife saw this a few years ago at her bridal shower and when we were thinking of a good place to hide a cache this popped into her head.
While we were there we took a look at the plaque that described the tank telling where and when they were used. It was pretty interesting.
