The coordinates are for the parking lot, not for the cache itself. Please be as discreet as possible. You are looking for a small black plastic container.
After a little detective work, the walk to the cache will be short. You will need to find the following:
#1 -- the number of letters in the word on the building times 4 (large letters, above the main entrance in the stonework)
#2 -- the number of letters on the rock near the gazebo times 3 plus 6
Subtract the results from # 1 from the last three digits in the N coordinates
Add the results from # 2 to the last three digits in the W coordinates
