Geocache Description:

The Vermont Welcome Center has some old machinery to look at. While doing that you can try to spot a potentially hard-to-find micro. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND OTHERS, DO NOT PARK ON THE ENTRANCE RAMP. PARK ONLY IN A PARKING LOT.

I call this machine an Automatic Hay Bale Picker-Upper (for lack of the proper name). It was produced by the New Holland Machine Co. around 1940. I thought it was interesting to see how this machine works. Take a look and see how it was put together. Don't go near the back -- there are yellow jackets. If you find the cache, you will need some tweezers and a writing implement. That should be all the tools you'll need.
