Mmmm, coffee crazy wife is at it again!
This one is slightly harder than the others, but hanging out by/in a Thuja will get you to it. Not on the ground :-) Remove container lid by gripping lid, then twist off threaded body - leashed lid stays within.
**Important: When you part the live object, make sure you push it back closed............and thread container all the way on !**
