Shin-Shinano substation is a very important place with cache point to be near.
Electricity utilities industries started at the Meiji era in Japan.
The dynamo of 50Hz that imported it from Germany was introduced in the Kanto(East Japan) area.
On the other hand, it has begun to introduce the dynamo of 60Hz that imports it from the United States in the Kansai(West Japan) area and to drive.
It is in the situation in which two kinds of electricity like 50Hz and 60Hz, is existing together within the country unusually now in the advanced country.
There are three frequency conversion facilities to solve the problem of this frequency in Japan.
Here is the one.
It is the manned watch facilities though here is a substation because of this.
The frequency conversion ability has the ability of 600,000 kilowatts in the Shin-Shinano substation.
