Geocache Description:

This is my first hide. I thought I would place it here so I can keep an eye on it and fix any issues that might arise. I've put an item in it that you probably will not find in most caches for the first to find. I'll also be placing a couple TB's in it very soon, if they are not in there prior to its listing.

The Village of Elida was founded in 1878. As of the 2000 census there were 1,917 residents in the Village. The police department currently consists of 2 full time officers, 3 part time officers and a reserve who have full arrest powers. Feel free to stop and talk to any of the officers as you are caching around town. Our cruisers are very distinct. We have two Dodge Chargers black with white doors.

If I catch you at this cache, I may ask to take a picture with you for the gallery. So use some stealth, because it will be a very unique picture. Good luck.
