Should be a quick one.

Coil Oil Johnny was a poor boy who grew up in the Oil Creek Valley. When his Aunt died in a tragic accident in his youth he inherited her farm and the royalties from many oil leases in the area making him one of the 1st multi-millionare oil tycoons in the area. He became a legend in the area after going bankrupt in only a matter of months only to later retire comfortably. This cache is placed where I would like to think his house was located next to Oil Creek. His house was moved upstream and preserved where it can still be seen today.
