You are looking for a Small Pill Container located in Uptown Shelby. Coordinates could be off a little due to the tall buildings in the area.
This cache is located in Uptown Shelby and is just a stone's throw from the historic Court House Square.
The reason for the name is in the location.
The cache is not hidden on any buildings so there is no reason to mess with walls or enter any businesses. The difficulty is high because of pedestrian traffic and the fact that there is a 24 hour business nearby. So be very stealthy!
