This offset cache is located along the Cross Park trail. As you walk along this trail there are many types of shade tolerant and shade intolerant trees. This area has many shade tolerant trees which are trees that can grow and develop under a the partial sunlight of a shaded tree canopy.

The published coordinates will take you to a Forest Ecology sign. At this sign you must locate the two different shade tolerant trees mentioned to figure out the corrdinates to the final cache.
