This is true drive to cache. With some driving skill and long arms you could do this cache without leaving your vehicle.
When you log this cache I would like to hear if you have any memories of the Sundown Drive-in.
This was the second of two drive-ins in Kamloops. It was opened on June 28 1954 and closed in March 1973. It was replaced by a shopping center with K-mart being the main tenant.
The first movie shown here was Abbott and Costello meet Captain Kidd
I didn't spend as much time here but one thing I do remember was you were able to sit on the hill to the east and watch movies. So when they allowed an R rated movie to be shown here. We rode out on our bikes to see it for ourselfs. I think it was Blue Lagoon but I am not sure.
