GeoDesertTiger: This cache is physically located within the Byeonsan-myeon National Park Boundary. Physical caches stages in this National Park are not permitted unless the cache owner have received written permission from the Korea National Park Service. This cache is archived until the cache owner provides proof of permission within 30 days.
The cacher owner needs to remove the geocache container and any physical stages within 60 days from today if they cannot obtain permission. The guideline essentially says that caches which remain in the field after 60 days are abandoned geolitter.
"GeocachingHQ respects the wishes of land managers and land owners. The rules are their rules, belonging neither to the reviewers nor to GeocachingHQ. Responsibility for meeting these rules rests with the cache owner and responsibility for enforcement of those rules rests with the land manager."
