Writtle ford has a hard bottomed Irish Bridge. There is no water flowing over the road most of the time but it quickly becomes impassable after heavy rain.
Writtle is well worth a visit for its picturesque pond on the village green and it's beautiful church.
The cache has a log book but no pen.
