Hidden in the middle of a black sea you will find a pontoon with an old boat. You won't be able to use it to cross the black sea, but you won't need it.
You will need to be very stealthy for this one as it is one of the busiest islands in town.
Please don't attempt in rush hour traffic as it could be dangerous to yourself and may give the cache away to passing muggles.
High difficulty and dangerous area due to traffic.
