Some municipalities enforce hilariously quirky regulations that make us chuckle. In Winnipeg, we are outright dirty.
This is a two-stage multi with no container at stage one, only information to gather. Cache container at stage 2 is a winter friendly micro in a very high-muggle area. Be mindful of working muggles during the day, park-goers in the evening, and walking muggles at night. Parking is available close-by, at both stages, for certain pass-holders; street parking has no such requirements.
Take a look at the type of requirement at stage 1. It is designated by two letters.
