Overlooking the Nith Estuary Scenic Area, Drumburn Viewpoint was established in 2000. There's parking and one or two information boards, a bench or two and a sciurus vulgaris. There's also a fantastic view which includes Skiddaw, the Moffatt Hills and the mouth of the River Eden all over 20 miles away. The viewpoint is situated on the road between New Abbey and Sandyhills on the Solway Coast Road.
The cache box is a small clip and lock with log book and one or two goodies.
