Terrain rating is based on the road to cache. It is rocky and rough as it goes up the hill, and it gets progressively worse. You can drive to within feet of the cache, however, I walked the last 130 ft. Also, your experience may be different, but I backed all the way down the hill - not fun but I did it. You may be able to turn around - but I didn't want to chance it.
