Geocache Description:

GeoCrush is a series of art caches at Puget Sound cultural institutions. These aren't ordinary cache containers. They're displays where you can interact with the caches in an artistic way.

This art cache will be available from October 20 to October 29. It is located at the Centerstage Theatre Arts Company, at 3200 SW Dash Point Road in Federal Way. Cache hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm.

About this Cache
Do you bite your thumb at me, sir? Then you will feel right at home at this cache, commemorating the wildest of westerns with a Shakespearean twist. As the combative lovers in The Taming of the Shrew did, you will try your tongue at the basest of discourses. Just head into the lobby and search for the cache. Then offer up a riposte of the kind you find, but be prepared for a response in kind.

If you're lucky, you could win tickets to an upcoming performance of the Northwest Repertory Singers, or A Stardust Christmas Carol at Harlequin Productions. Just fill out an entry slip and drop it in the cache!

About the Centerstage! Theater Arts Company:
Sharon and Norm Munsey founded Centerstage in 1977. The company performed at various locations, including the Group Health Facility, until the mid 1980's. It was re-born in 1998 with the construction of the Knutzen Family Theatre. In the last two years Centerstage has won Best Season, Best New Play, Best Actress, Best Actor in a comedy or musical, and Best Director of a comedy or musical from the Tacoma Newspapers.

About GeoCrush:
GeoCrush is an event that takes place all over ArtsCrush 2010. There are 20 art caches at cultural institutions around the Sound. When you find a cache, sign the logbook and fill out an entry form. When the cache is archived at the end of its run, we will draw winners at random from all the entries. You can win event tickets, art memorabilia, and other prizes from our host institutions. Check the cache listings to see the complete list of prizes. This event was created by Groundspeak, Theatre Puget Sound, and Lone Shark Games.
