Here's the deal...

I am out to place the hardest cache known to man in every city in the Rogue Valley without any "trickery" involved AND it has to be within city limits. This one is in the Applegate Valley. I know there's no city up here, but hey...a little latitude? Try if you dare, but many of you will fail.....or will you? Remeber to replace the cache exactly as you found it, if you actually find it...he he he!
BYOP. Watch out you don't hit your head on a Big Yellow Sign. Also, this is a blind corner, so watch for cars if you cross the street. Enjoy the pricker bushes....or will you? Small pulloff area on both sides of the street.
