Geocache Description:

In the morning just before you go caching with JerEvie you have to go to one of two places, Coffee or Breakfast... This is near the latter.

Finding the cache should be easy, however you should check the hint before attempting to open it. Special tools are needed. The US Government has provided you with the tools. (Come to think some foreign governments also provide these tools)

You are looking for a Bison Tube but you won't find it until you open the cache. (see hint)

This cache is not on public property however the permission has been granted for the cache. It would be best to visit this cache after 3pm, but if you choose an earlier visit use some stealth
