Treebeard is the oldest of the Ents, an ancient Tree-like people. Ents are known as the Shepherds of the Trees, tasked to protect the forests from Orcs, Dwarves and other perils. Over time, they have come to resemble the very trees they now protect. It is said that they only exist in the Fangorn Forest (location unknown of course), although there are tales of similar creatures existing in other ancient forests. It is because of tales such as these that geocacher’s still seek to find the remaining few Ents, while looking for Tupperware of course.
While the race of Ents are extremely long-lived, they are not immortal. They age with the passage of time, albeit very slowly. And while they do not die of old age, older Ents often become 'treeish', settling down in one place and growing roots and leaves. This has become the fate of Margnap. Margnap was discovered and named by Trekker67 on one of his geocaching/hiking excursions. Margnap is very intrigued by the race of Geocachers, and wishes to be visited by more of them.
To help fellow Geocacher’s locate Margnap, yet hinder others from finding him, Trekker67 secretly hid the coordinates of the location in this puzzle cipher. Very few clues were left to help with deciphering its meaning. Good Luck…

NOTE: This cache has the hunting attribute selected. Hunters wear orange, and when the time is right, so should you. During hunting season, it is best to do this cache on a Sunday. Since this cache is hidden in the woods, you will encounter things like wildlife, poison ivy, bugs, ticks, etc. That is just part of caching in the great outdoors. Cache at your own risk.
Also, the only reason this cache has the "no winter" attribute is that the cache container is located on the ground, and could be difficult to retrieve if there is snow.
