Medium size cache hidden just outside of the hotel where I spend my time when in town.
Cache is a round lock and lock with a few trade items and a log sheet. It can be found on the back side of a wooden walkway area that goes around some small fountains and gardens. Buildings may throw off the signal a bit but coords should get you in the right area.
