Geocache Description:

Dubhe - is one of two (alpha and beta) pointer stars in the Big Dipper (Ursa Major) constellation used by ancient mariners to find the North Star - Polaris.

This cache “Dubhe” (Alpha Pointer) is one of two caches you need to find in order to find the mystery cache Polaris - North Star Cache (GC2FRG8). The west coordinates for Polaris are written in the front page of the log book. You will also need to find nearby Marak (GC2FRH6) to obtain the north coordinates for Polaris.

A new ball cap for the FTF.
