The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center

Geocache Description:

A nice little cache down by the river where we used to play as kids.

We used to play and build dams and have loads of fun when we were kids. It's a lot more overgrown than when we used to play there.

Cache best done after some rain so you can see the river running and here the babbling of the waters calming your nerves.

A nice little easy cache that should take no more than 10 minutes.

Our GPS bounced all over the show, so we averaged four readings to get the final coords.

Safe Parking if you go up Orchard, right into Willow and then right into Upper Paradise.
