What the heck were we thinkin'? We've been developing a fitness
program for the geocaching community, and we forgot to start out
with stretches! Before and after you try your hand at "One Arm
Pushup" and "Pull-Ups", you might want to stop by here to get a
little stretching in.
Many people place stretching on the back burner and only do it
if they have time to spare. The truth is, stretching should be at
the top of your list when trying to achieve optimum health and
mobility. In a basket full of positive physical activities,
stretching should be carefully added in a handful of times.
Stretching before and after exercise will dramatically increase the
benefits your body reaps from getting up and moving about to begin
with.
