Our first attempt at a micro. Located on site of the Lowell Historical Museum, or those of you who have lived in the area for some time may still think of it as the library. Of course we have a beautiful new library now, but I recall many days of my childhood looking for my next adventure somewhere along the shelves that were inside this building. If the museum is open during your visit, use extreme caution with the muggles, and then maybe stop in and see a piece of Lowell history.
Please note that you will not need to disturb the landscaping IN ANY WAY to get this cache. If you are even thinking about touching any plants you are in the wrong location. Happy hunting!
Just a word of encouragement for those with DNF's. Quite a few folks need to come back a second time to make the find so I am increasing the difficulty level for this one rather than making the hint too obvious. It is there, I promise! The coords are correct, but the enclosed location with lots of tall walls and trees do make most GPS bounce all over for ground zero. Even if I moved ground zero coords, we would all still get somewhat different locations on our GPS because of the location itself.
