Geocache Description:

Located on top of two of three tunnels which go through the old railway line which went from Morningside to Forth and beyond. Another well hidden post, only for the fearless. not suitable for young children. Steep banking on old railway line behind Morningside at a place we called Dipper's Bridge when we were young . So called because there was always a Dipper's nest inside one of the tunnels.

Cache is placed on top of the twin tunnels as they are full of water at the moment, about 6 feet from the edge, at the bottom of an old fencepost. The railway line at the top is well overgrown now and you need to fight your way through the long lost path if you decide to go this way . This used to be a great walk along the old line from Morningside but most of it seems to have been turned into a horse racetrack? Still plenty of squirrels and deer to see and third tunnel is a short walk upstream for those who like to explore. Plastic container containing several charity pin badges and a special trackable dinosaur (Dino Ben) placed by my daughter in memory of her friend Ben Hastie who died 2 yrs ago aged 5. Ben loved dinosaurs and we hope this one can visit places around the world where dinosaurs roamed.
