This cache is a peanut butter jar and is located just off of the Railway bed behind Summit Lake. Years ago there was a sawmill and city at Summit Lake. The train would regularly travel this railbed. The spot where I placed the cache is approximately where the station was located. Years ago you use to be able to see slight remains of the station, however today there is nothing left. You head south from Nakusp on Hwy 6. Just before reaching "Three Island Resort" you turn left onto Ruby Range Road. At the first interesction turn left onto Island View Road. Park at the end of this road. There is a short trail from here onto the railbed. Follow the railbed to GZ.
