Pressentin Park is more like Pressentin Meadows since most of the "trail" is a mowed path through an open field. There are bits of forest and views of the Skagit River and the connecting slough.
This nice shelter with a picnic table is the only amenity for the park. Gwen Tomlinson and family made a generous donation to build it in memory of her mother, Helen M. "Jonnie" Peterson. Jonnie lived on this property roughly 60 years, and had a strong connection to this land.
