Where were you when Curiosity landed on Mars?
This cache commemorates the landing of the Mars Science Laboratory on Mars August 6, 2012 after 23 months of travel. The MSL mission has four scientific goals: Determine the landing site's habitability including the role of water, the study of the climate and the geology of Mars. The rover mission is set to explore for at least 687 Earth days (1 Martian year).
