Geocache Description:

A small Lock and Lock box, just off the path down in a glade with a water fall going through it.

A 2.5 mile fairly level walk through wood land alongside the Cleddau river which then turns by Upton Castle and heads towards Paskeston Hall.
We have tried to make the walk as interesting as possible with the amount of wild life around and the variety of caches placed. You can kick your way through the leaves and balance on the board walks as it becomes muddy in places. For those of you with four legged companions there is a very good chance that the car is going to need some serious cleaning afterwards. The farm track at the other end has become quite muddy with big puddles after all the heavy rain. Bridges along the foot path have recently been renewed. There is plenty of wild life in the wood and around the water margins, with black berries and chestnuts in season.
An update for those of you waiting with baited breath for No2, the cache we had planned didn't work out the way we wanted so a new style is in production, suffice to say it will be a multi and you will need two to retreive it. It will not be just a box in tucked in a hole, there will be some testing after it is built.
We hope you enjoy the walk as much as we have enjoyed building and placing these caches.
