Geocache Description:

Located in historic Norwood Park.

This stretch of Northwest Highway in historic Norwood Park is in serious need of being redeveloped. There are a couple of cool shops, but many more are needed as much of this area is lost in time. With Edison Park just a mile north, and downtown Park Ridge 2 miles north, this area is RIPE for growth.

I want this cache muggled by bulldozers redeveloping this exact spot where the cache sits.

So to all you business people, rich people and real estate people… get to work on this area! It needs a: Sports/Irish bar, panini shop, coffee shop, grocery store with organic stuff, Italian restaurant and other cool/quaint shops.

This is a good cache to get at night, plenty of parking, quick park n grab. No bush whacking or getting messy is necessary.

There IS room for small trade items. Pencil included.

Congrats to sheepdog19055 and Bear2001 on the speedy FTF!

Update July 2012: Somebody listened! This property is finally being redeveloped. As is the property directly across the street! The power of geocaching? I doubt it, but cool nonetheless. Cache will stay active as long as possible.
