This cache is placed to honor the memory of my friend Joe D. Joe loved fishing and boating and was active until his passing this year at the age of 90. He was a long time member of the Forked River Tuna Club and the Lacey Elks. He was a generous man and a true gentleman. As I am writing this I am having a "Boat Soda" which was what Joe called beer. R.I.P.Joe, we miss you.
