“Dog leg” is a term used in aviation navigation. It describes a procedure that is sometimes used to “lose time” when precise timing at waypoints is required. As an alternative to decreasing power and slowing the aircraft, a simple effective procedure is performed. The procedure entails altering aircraft heading by 60° off track and flying in this new direction for the amount of time that needs to be lost. After flying on this heading for the duration of time that needs to be lost, the pilot then turns the aircraft back 120° in the opposite direction (past the initial heading). In order to complete the procedure the aircraft is then turned back 60° onto the intial heading after flying the duration of time that needs to be lost.
From the point where the aircraft turned 60° away from track until arriving back on track, the aircraft has flown two sides of an imaginary equilateral triangle and therefore a distance twice as long as the distance along the planned track between the these two points. This is known as a “Dog Leg.”
The cache is located at a place where there is a Dog Leg in the perimeter fence of a security estate. The Dog Leg in this instance is not to lose time, but to circumvent a sinkhole caused by Karst activities.
There are plenty of beautiful delicate wild plants and just as many interesting rock formations in the area, enjoy but do not exploit the natural jewels.
The cache is a two stage that requires the retrieval of data from the listed coordinates.
Use the data on the card hidden at listed coordinates to decipher the coordinates for GZ.
Cache is located at S 25° FA.(G-A)DH' E028° BF.(G-A)(G-A)C'
Good luck and enjoy the adventure. It's rather dusty up there so don't try this one on the way to work; unless you work outdoors
