Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the oldest mobile home in Tunica County.

The Tate Log House is a dogtrot style cypress log cabin. It was constructed in the 1840s in Robinsonville, Ms. In 1890 it was converted to a plantation commissary. The land it was on was sold in 1952 and the cabin was moved in the 1990s to OK Landing near Austin, Ms. In 2000 the cabin was donated to the Tunica Museum and was moved to the present location, making this the most traveled structure in Tunica County.

If the house is open, take a few minutes to look inside this well preserved structure. Richard Taylor of the Tunica Museum is aware of this cache as is Ms Laura at the log house.

I averaged the coords 611 times, but keep your eyes peeled for any clues.

The geocache is NOT in the bushes so there is no need to be in them. Please don't trample them down. If you can't do this, stay on the porch! <-(clue)
