Geocache Description:

Easy P&G BYOP

The Scene of the Crime
Okay... there are no redeeming qualities for this cache. The view is nice, but not spectacular and there's simply nothing around. Regardless, this is the spot where Jaffer79, LBoogie77, and I spent 6+ hours of our lives the other evening while geocaching.

While checking out this site for a potential cache and determining it to be unworthy on a number of levels, LBoogie's vehicle decided it wanted to start itself, put itself in reverse, drive backwards up over the crest of the hill, navigate through a turn, and then crash into the bent up guardrail very near the cache. (Point of order here, the condition of the guardrail before the impact was not determined, but from Boogie's vehicle or not, it bent kinda' neat.)

I'm not going to go into the entire story here, but suffice to say, the "crime scene" management made by the local police on scene needs some work.

Which brings me to the cache.  The Scene of the crime... where it all went down. Somewhere in those 6 hours since midnight; in between all the breathalysers, fingerprints, statements, questioning, interpreting, repeating, 9-10 JPs in both uniform and plain clothes, tests, experiments, and twenty seven color glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one describing how it was going to be used in a court of law, we managed to hide a cache.  It's not big, it's not flashy, but we managed to place it while swarmed by police. You should have no problem retrieving it when they're gone.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
Nothing in there for the FTF. I think I tossed in a pathtag I had in my pocket from another cache... (I'm sorry. I still don't fully comprehend the use or functionality of pathtags's in geocaching.) and that's about all that'll fit in there with that magnet.

Park safely, lock your vehicle, don't leave valuables in the car. You should not be far enough away from your vehicle on this cache to employ these tips, but they bear repeating. Actually, if you play it just right, you don't even have to get out of your car!

Hope your night of caching is more productive than ours!
