The cache is at a fishing access site on the Hudson River near the site of the original Fort Miller.
The owner of the property provides access as part of their FERC permit but they don't take care of the property very well. Instead they seem to use it to store trash. But don't think you can CITO here. The pieces of trash appear to weigh hundreds if not thousands of pounds.
