His Dudeness Traditional Cache

On the south side of Chatfield State Park along the High line canal trail you will find this cache named for "The Dude". This is a small cache with enough room for a few coins or other small, flat items.

Original contents; Log book, Pencil, Honda key chain, Garmin token, Plastic lizard, Plastic scorpion, Carabineer key chain and a Smurf pin

You can park on the southbound shoulder of Santa Fe at 39.31.470 & 105.01.700 (be careful when crossing the very old wooden bridge) or for a longer hike park near the landscaping supply company at 39.32.695 & 105.2.460 and hike or ride south along High line canal trail.

The Dude abides. I don’t know about you, but I take comfort in that. It’s good knowin’ he’s out there, the Dude, takin’ her easy for the rest of us…
