IMHO I do not think the terrain (either in it's original position or the new one) is tough! My idea of caching isn't pavement stylee though! I stated a woodland path with some off path searching required and that is what it is. I also mentioned to be careful of the barbed wire...but that is no longer an issue.
Didn't notice any rubbish on my check-up visit on 10/10/10 either!
You can either park along Steele Ave or use the public car park which is usually quiet at the weekend. The Cache has been moved from its original position owing to what we deem to be 2 unfair and bluntly delivered logs. The co-ordinates have been re-calibrated for its new location.
Micro cache, but not 35mm type case, with rolled up log sheet and no pen so please bring your own.
