The walk to the cache is a 1/2 mile from the parking area along the beach and is only reached at low tide. This is also a great spot for watching the sunset. Have fun and enjoy the views.

Directions
Drive to the southern end of the Harpswell Neck Road (Route 123). Park as best you can along the road. Walk along the private Potts Point Road to the sand bar that connects the Preserve to Harpswell Neck. You may also descend the public boat launching ramp at the end of Harpswell Neck Road and walk along the shore below the high tide line
Pott's Point, the Preserve is a one acre parcel at the tip of Harpswell Neck. There are wonderful tide pools, a variety of other marine habitats, roses and other shrubby growth, and great views of Haskell Island and western Casco Bay. There is no trail, but a rock "scramble", rugged in places, leads around the point.
Public Access: Yes, by walking from the end of the Harpswell Neck Road along the shore or along the private Pott's Point Road.
It's a small clear lock and lock about 8" x 5 x 5". It's fully stocked w/ an assortment of fun tradeables,log book and pen, a signature seaglass suncatcher by gglawns, lucky stones from Jasper Beach, Maine and a FTF unactivated TB.
