Geocache Description:

The cache is a pill bottle hidden a short distance from where the road to Stones Landing meets County Road A-1. I would recommend parking off of Stones Road and walking the short distance to the cache. The area has some cover that snakes would like so please be alert.

From the cache location you have views of Bucks Bay and Stones Landing. The ridge you're on extends out to Buck Point and separates the two bays. Grandpa Pea remembers a time when the lake was so low that ranchers could drive cattle across at the end of Buck Point. The lake is getting close to that level again!
