Located at an old railway trestle over the West River in Salt Springs.
Take Hwy 4 to West River East Side Rd. The trail head can be accessed at N 45 31.6458, W 62 53.4480.
Follow the trail right to the end. Be careful getting down the bank at the end, it's very steep. You'll find an old stone support that is left over from the trestle. The cache is located nearby. The cache is hidden pretty well.
