Father Mulcahy was Mash 4077's chaplain. He was initially physically revolted at the sight of blood, but had to overcome this when everyone came down with food poisoning. He had been away at the orphanage, so he was the only one well enough to help in the OR.
"A Chaplain has a collar on his neck, if you don't listen to him, you'll all end up in heck."
"Klinger, how'd you like the last rites... and a few lefts!"
"You'd be surprised what a priest can get away with." (Father Mulcahy had connections in the black market)

He elected to stay in Korea after the cease fire to care for the orphans.
