There is a sign thanking us for taking our trash with us so I assume it is open to the public. Not sure where the road /path goes. It is blocked so vehicles are prevented from driving into area where cache is.
Again the cache is not far from the road, When parking make sure you do not park where you can hinder any emergency vehicles should there ever be a need. I do not imagine it gets used much but then I do not know. There is what looks like parking on the opposite side but that might be reserved for emergency vehicles trailers etc. The cache is a 6x4x3 locking Tupperware and holds appropriate things for this time of the years such as: A bone, a finger, an eyeball, a skull, a candle, a Halloween ring, a Halloween magnet, a poker chip and a ball. Log book pencil and a pencil sharpener.
