Lake Eastman Island Traditional Cache

This 8 1/2" x 6" cache is on an unnamed island in the northeastern part of Eastman Lake in Grantham, NH. The island is privately owned and the owner has given permission for the public to search for this cache. The island is in shallow water and can be reached by kayak, canoe, etc.,
There is a public boat launch on Road Round the Lake at coordinates N43 30.801 W72 06.958. Parking for the boat launch is at Lakeview Place, which is off Alpine Vista, coordinates N43 30.765 W72 06.999. Due to milfoil threats, boats should be washed at the boat wash on Eastman Road. A Lake Host may be present at the boat launch to interview boaters when launching.
The cache is located in the rough woods on this small island. There are no trails.
