This micro has been placed on private property with permission of the owners and you shouldn't have to step off the sidewalk at all to make the grab.
This bison tube has been placed by my 7 and 4 year olds, so don't be surprised if you see a pair of eyes spying on you from nearby!
As was noted in a log comment, this location is wheelchair accessable, but the find would be difficult to reach from the chair, so we are taking the terrain up a half star.
