[DE] Obloch (1570m) erreicht man auf einer aussichtsreichen Wanderung entlang der Südflanke des Mattstocks.
[EN] A hike with beautiful views along the southern side of the Mattstock mountain above Amden to Obloch on 1570m.

Starte in Amden. Der Sessellift vom Dorf nach Niederschlag verkürzt den Aufstieg und führt zum Punkt N 47° 09.700 E 009° 08.760. Ab hier erreicht man den Cache in etwa 45'.
Folge erst der Route hoch in Richtung Mattstock. Auf gut 1500m führt dann ein Höhenweg nach Westen zum Cache.
Das kleine Hochplateau ist auch ein Ausgangspunkt für Kletterer, um in die Felswände des Mattstocks zu gelangen.
Der PET-Rohling befindet sich direkt am Wanderweg bei einer Ruine, deren Reste wohl von einem früheren Alpgebäude stammen.
Anschliessend lohnt es sich, dem Weg weiter nach Obere Furgglen zu folgen. Von dort gibt es einen Weg runter zur Bergstation und zurück nach Amden.
Gut kombinieren lässt sich diese Wanderung mit einer Tour zum Nachbarscache auf dem Mattstock (GC66GCZ).

A chair lift may take you from Amden to Niederschlag, point N 47° 09.700 E 009° 08.760. From here it's a hike of approx 45' to the cache.
First follow the trail up in direction "Mattstock". At a level of a little more than 1500m, go in western direction along the trail to the cache.
The PET-tube is hidden by a ruin of a former hut.
Afterwards you may continue the track to Obere Furgglen and from there the way down to where you started.
