Cache is located at Wilson’s Point. Reception was not great, so hopefully the description and hint will lead you to the cache if the coordinates are a bit off. Landmarks in area include a stone bench and several large, moss-covered rocks.
Wilson's Point and Beaubears Island have played huge roles in the development of Miramichi through the ages. From the First Nations people over 3,000 years ago, to the Acadian and Scottish settlers, and a shipbuilding legacy of generations, the stories to be told about this area are endless.
Some of the prominent figures to grace this area with their business and development skills include: William Davidson, Joseph Russell, J. Leonard O'Brien, Richard Denys and countless others.
During your hunt, you will be walking along a trail that surrounds an old Scottish grave yard, where many great pioneers of this region are interred.
Cache is a small camo’d Lock N Lock. Original contents are: logbook, pencil, pencil sharpener, and ‘muggle card’ (please leave these items in the cache). Original tradable items include: wooden toy block, green die, orange toy frog, “Old Maid” card game, and Joseph Russell Travel Bug.
