Geocache Description:


This is the first of hopefully many geocaches. It has been hidden for the local scouts (Mote Park Scout Troop) to introduce them into geocaching.

The Leaders here are fully aware of the cache location and would like to add that the Scout Hut is in use 3 evenings a week and we would like you to avoid trying to find the cache wile the hut is in use. This will be Tuesdays:7-9pm, Wednesdays: 6:30-8:30pm, Thursdays: 5:30-9:30pm. Thank You.

The aim of the cache is for other Scout troops aroud the area then hopefully around the country to join in this series.
Be Prepared is the scouts moto and this should apply to geocachers also. Scouts have to be prepared for challenges that face them and geocachers have to be prepared to find the hidden location of caches.
I hope this inspires other scout troops and look forward to finding yours if you place one. Happy hunting.
